We will overnight a hard drive shipping box with detailed instructions on how to remove, pack, and ship your hard drive to us.  Our hard drive shipping box has been drop tested, and will protect your hard drive from shock and water damage that may occur during shipment.  Do not attempt to use your own packing materials. Doing so may result in physical damage that may prevent any data recovery!
  
  

• When we receive you hard drive, we will immediately begin the file restoration process. As it is a time consuming process, it may take up to 48 hours to retrieve all your data.
  
  

• You will be able to download your files from our site within 72 hours. If desired, we can overnight you a new Western Digital external hard drive with your restored files on it.  (The external hard drive will be an additional cost, based on the amount of data that was recovered.  There will also be a charge for shipping your new external hard drive.)
  
  

• If your failing hard drive contains sensitive data, and you would like it to be returned to you, we will ship it back to you for the cost of shipping.
