The backups will take place right on your computer, and you will be emailed and called if a scheduled backup does not run.
  
   

• We will monitor your backups, and alert you via email when a scheduled backup does not run.  We will also email you quarterly to remind you to call us to update the files that are being backed up.
  
  

• We will be there for you, when you need us, to remotely restore your data, and recover from any disaster.
